Q:Fire rating
All non-flammable building materials therefore do not pose a risk in the event of fire and are classified as building materials A1.
All metal meshes made of stainless steel, steel, aluminum, copper, bronze or brass are assigned to fire rating A1 (not flammable).
Q:Rehabilitative measures
A: Electropolishing: this electrochemical process removes a small range of materials from the surface of the stainless steel, resulting in a burrless, high-gloss surface.
B. Pickling: remove all contaminants from the surface of stainless steel to keep the metal clean. Pickling after welding is generally recommended to ensure the quality of stainless steel materials.
C. Varnish: Zapon varnish treatment protects nonferrous metals such as brass or bronze from oxidation and tarnish. The coating has no active antirust and can only be protected by sealing.
D.Dyeing: some of the thicker wire mesh and mesh can be powder coating. All colors of the RAL scale can be applied.
