The solar panel bird clips manufactured by Huihao Hardware Mesh Product Limited include
two parts, one is J hook pins and the other one is self locking washers.
Every washer has been black painted to resist fading from UV exposure and outdoor elements.
The J hook pins are long enough to fit the solar panels and are designed to protect the integrity
of solar arrays.

Material Treatment |
1. For the j hook pins, the material is must choose anneaded steel wire, stainless steel wire or soft aluminum wire. it is very important for the fixing wire mesh. Soft wire is easily for bending. 2. For self locking washers, we must choose hardness material to make sure to lock firmly and nondeformable. At the same time, we must concider left time, so uv coated for aluminum control washer or choose stainless steel material to make rustproof. |

The number of clips needed will depend on the solar panel system, below are the regular QTY. 1. The QTY needed for one solar panel: A typical solar panel is approximately 1.6m tall and 1m wide, on a typical panel one should use 3 clips on each long edge and 2 clips on each short edge. 2. The QTY needed for one roll: usually the length of solar panel roll is 30m, each roll is allocated with 60 clips. 3. The QTY needed for a standard 3kW system (2 rows of 6 panels each - 12 panels total installed in a portrait orientation) : 35 clips. 4. The distance between the clips: when install the mesh, we clips every 18 inches/450mm. |
