The perforated base insulation fixings are widely used to attach insulation to any glueable materials with the right glue, this process dosen't need drilling and therefore create less thermal bridges and cant damage the surfaces.
The base plate of the insulation fixings sizes from 24mm round up to 50mm.
You can also choose the nail length from 15mm to 280mm long.
It is always the standard 38mm round speed clips that holds the panel in place.
Base size in common: 40mmx40mm, 50mmx50mm
Pin diameter in common: 2mm, 2.5mm, 2.7mm, 3mm and 10ga (3.4mm)
Pin length in common: 50mm, 63mm, 90mm, 114mm, 125mm, 175mm, 203mm, 230mm
Surface treatment: zinc coated or copper coated for mild steel material

1. Wipe surface clean
2. Apply right glue to the bottom of the perforated insulation hangers
3. Immediately press the insulation hangers in place.
4. Install Insulation
5. Secure with washers
